Remove unused/removed channels from H1-O3-lldetchar.ini

Two sets of channels being removed here:

  • All ODC-based channels, e.g. H1:HPI-BS_ODC_CHANNEL_OUT_DQ 2048
  • Channels found missing from the lldetchar frames:
    Identified 1014 channels
    Finding channels for H1_lldetchar:

        Read 2 channels
    Found 6 missing channels:
