The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Hveto now automatically launches omega scans through pycondor, so we don't need to do it by hand
This merge request takes advantage of a feature added in gwdetchar/gwdetchar#229 and gwdetchar/hveto#100 that allows hveto to automatically launch omega scan jobs through pycondor.
