Adjustments to daily-lasso in an attempt too resolve failures

Alexander Urban requested to merge alexander-urban/ligo-monitors:lasso-singleproc into master

This MR makes the following changes:

  • By default, use --nproc=1 for data frame reading
  • Remove channels with bad data ahead of calling gwdetchar-lasso-correlation
  • Bump the timeout length of gwdetchar-lasso-correlation to one hour (3600 seconds)
