Update daily-lasso to remove SQZ-DCPD channels that have information from DARM in them

Jeff Kissel posted that some channels added by commissioners in O3 have DARM/h(t) information in them: https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=53063 In order to remove these channels from the daily-lasso results for the summary pages each day, I added code to remove all SQZ-DCPD_ channels from the auto-generated lists. The intention is that this would be used for the remaining daily summary page daily-lasso runs for O3b.

I also note here a note from TJ Massinger: "There are safety concerns with those channels, but I would claim they also have some interesting information as well since they're effectively measuring how much squeezing we see They should probably be removed, but I would hope that some kind of SQZ diagnostic takes their place in LASSO's output when it is rerun"
