Added request_memory to each of the monitors' condor submit files

Since request_memory is going to be a required entry for every condor submit file on LDG clusters, I've added what I think are realistic values for each of the jobs. I've tried to take guesstimates of what should be the amount needed, but I may be significantly overestimating in some cases. However, this shouldn't really be a problem.
