Reduced requested disk for hveto. Tested at LHO and seems fine, but may have to revisit this later

The hveto request_disk setting seemed too large. I reduced it at LHO and the process was running fine, so let's keep it this way for now. May need to revisit this later if the job fails because of compute node disk space.
