Daily lasso running code moved to gwdetchar

Once gwdetchar is updated, this MR should be merged in order to take advantage of the updated workflow.

This MR removes the code that had been in daily-lasso because it is now in the gwdetchar.lasso module. We can simplify daily-lasso running to a bash script like the other daily monitors
