Deleted gstlal_inspiral_inj_pipe and gave gstlal_inspiral_pipe the ability to

create injection-only dags. In the process of merging these two programs, a
recently-introduced bug was discovered and fixed in gstlal_inspiral_pipe that
resulted in injection files being assigned likelihood ratios computed from the
wrong background. This bug was probably introduced in commit
5cdc0e0e
