gstlal_compute_strain:  Added option --cancel-callines to remove calibration lines in the pipeline. Also added progress reports to kappa channels before muxer.
lal_demodulate:  bug fix for negative frequencies. Also added complex prefactor to multiply inputs.

gstlal_compute_strain:  Added DARM line coherence gating to kappa_tst calculation.

lal_demodulate:  reduce error by using time since pipeline started instead of GPS time in complex exponential.

gstlal-calibration:  lal_demodulate:  Changed sign in exponential. Now it multiplies stream by exp(-i * omega * t).
                     lal_smoothkappas:  Changed default values for properties maximum-offset and kappa-ceiling.
                     calibration_parts.py:  Incorporated the property kappa-ceiling in function smooth_kappas. Added function smooth_kappas_real_test for testing various smoothing options. Used pow instead of complex_pow where appropriate.
                     gstlal_compute_strain: added option kappatst-real-ceiling and kappa-tst-imag-ceiling and used these in the smoothing of kappatst.

gstlal-calibration: replaced gst_audio_info_from_caps() with gstlal_audio_info_from_caps() in all calibration elements. Added transform_caps() to lal_smoothcalibfactors. Changed complex_division() in calibration_parts.py.

- Multiplies incoming real float stream by exp(i*2*pi*line_frequency*t), where line_frequency is a property to set to a calibration line frequency. This allows for the extraction of the calibration factors, "kappa's".
