Source classification PE changes for SSM-NS samples

This MR forces SSM-NS samples to be included in the PE based HasRemnant computation. All samples of this type are considered to produce non-zero mass remnants. Fixes #42 (closed)

In addition, it also fixes tests for MBTA classifier changes and limits Numpy version <2.0.0 #43 (closed)
