Problem in reading idq_channels in gwcelery.tasks.detchar.check_vectors

It seam that there is something odd with from gwpy.timeseries import Bits, StateVector, TimeSeries that when it tries to read from two segment generate an error.

It seam that idq would not be checked even if data are presents.
