Time difference positive in JSON packet when should be negative (and is in the VOEvent)

Looking at the update notice we see the time difference is negative: https://gracedb.ligo.org/apiweb/superevents/S250223dk/files/S250223dk-7-Update.xml,0

However in the JSON packet this number is (incorrectly) positive: https://gracedb.ligo.org/apiweb/superevents/S250223dk/files/S250223dk-update.json,0

We should check whether the AVRO packets show the same behavior as well.

@cody.messick is there any reason to believe that this number could have been mapped to being positive when making the kafka alert packet?

Nevermind, this was fixed in #896 (closed) for the 2.6.0 release, which wasn't deployed yet at the time of this event. Closing this duplicate issue.
