Work around missing six dependency in healpy 1.12.0
This should be reverted once the next release of Healpy is out, containing the following pull request:
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 2 July 2024 starting at approximately 9:30am PDT.
