Plot sky map overlap integral for coincidences; fixes #446

This MR using the existing code used to plot the coherence bayes factors instead to plot the sky map overlap integral computed by ligo-raven. This is intended to assist the RRT with making a decision about whether to follow up on a subthreshold coincidence.
