Disable pe for mbta playground
MBTA is uploading triggers from live data with online injections to gracedb-playground. This data isn't easily available to PE pipelines so we should disable PE for MBTA playground triggers.
@caitlin.rose @vinaya.valsan @daniel.wysocki this also impacts rapidPE, I assume you also want to not run on these triggers?
