install flower from master; fix #682

Deep Chatterjee requested to merge deep.chatterjee/gwcelery:flower-from-main into main

The url-prefix was not being picked up leading from broken links in flower. This is now fixed in main

We will install flower from the commit that fixed this issue until a point release is made.
