Include ifos in header of skymaps made from posterior samples

Cody Messick requested to merge cody.messick/gwcelery:pe_skymap_headers_instruments into main

The skymaps we produce from Bilby's posterior samples don't currently include the instruments in the header files like the bayestar skymaps. Requests to fix this were passed along to @tito-canton, who asked in the emfollow mattermost about it. This MR addresses it.
