Plot external sky maps with same method as GWs; fixes #897

After Sn241125n it was noted that external sky maps were hard to read, mainly to do with not including area contours or annotations. Since are now supporting MOC sky localizations, we no longer need to point out the center RA/dec of these events and it is better to plot these similarly to the methods for GWs.
