Use a 4 sigma evaluation of the duration of inteval for aggregation

The CWb pipeline defines duration as follows: for all resolutions, it is an estimate of the signal's duration. Consider the aggregation interval at four sigma, i.e., within 0.0063%

Correct the multiple associations in LLPIC 12

  2. BURST -- inj 2415 associated to ['S250721gz', 'S250721gy']
  3. BURST -- inj 2409 associated to ['S250717cy', 'S250717cx']

  5. O4 -- inj S240430ci associated to ['S250718an', 'S250718am']
