Documentation for external trigger handler updated

Things to do from Leo: A few more items to harmonize with the other two existing flow charts:

  • Copy lines 19 through 34 of gwcelery.tasks.superevents.rst to get the same visual style.

  • Don’t colorize nodes.

  • Group nodes into one or more sub graph clusters with hyperlinks to the API docs to illustrate which parts of the flow chart comprise which functions or tasks.
