The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Use ligo-lvalert instead of sleek_lvalert
This commit updates all instances of sleek_lvalert to ligo.lvalert, or similar, since this is the 'official' lvalert client.
Unfortunately, because of a bug in ligo.lvalert we will have to pin to 1.5.5, which hasn't been released yet. So, this should wait until lscsoft/lvalert#12 is resolved.
I have no idea what the implications of this change are, so I could easily have messed things up.
