Trials factors changed to 5 for both CBC and Burst

Deep Chatterjee requested to merge deep.chatterjee/gwcelery:fix-trials-factors into master
  • External coincidence search was not added to trails earlier. Inclusion of which bumps up the number by 1 for both categories.
  • Independent BBH and IMBH searches from cwb are considered in trials.
