Implementation of GCN from GBM Fermi subthreshold step 1 of the inclusion of the untargeted short GRB from GBM to be analyzed using RAVEN. @min-a.cho we should discuss the RAVEN implementation as it can't be used for all GCN from GBM subthreshold. @shaon.ghosh Could you please follow up the implementation of this request ?
