Use only flattened sky map for raven/combined sky maps

@tri.nguyen and I were testing calculating the space-time coincidence FAR in RAVEN and found we couldn't calculate the spatial-overlap integral with the multiorder.fits format. This change is only grab the flattened sky map when performing this calculation or creating the combined sky map.
