Soichiro Morisaki requested to merge soichiro.morisaki/gwcelery:pe_nodes_for_playground into master

The online PE runs for playground events get stuck due to the lack of resources.
One of the ways to solve this is to use nodes dedicated to online PE.
This will not disturb production runs since the runs on playground events should be quick enough.
