Changes upload filenames for bilby pe workflow

Shanika Galaudage requested to merge shanika.galaudage/gwcelery:change_upload_filenames into master

Filename convention has changed in bilby_pipe due to major changes of main interface. As a result, filenames listed in gwcelery need to be changed.

This will need to be merged before bilby_pipe >= v3.0 is available on cvmfs conda envs. This is compatible with the current version of bilby_pipe available on ligo-py36 and ligo-py37.
