Update bilby_pipe version and adds flag for sample reweighting

Updates version of bilby_pipe from 0.3.3 to 0.3.4
This version change updates to pesummary>=0.2.3, it also adds the flag --convert-to-flat-in-component-mass to all runs, this flag changes the output samples such that they are reweighted to the 'mass 1' and 'mass 2' from 'chirp mass' and 'mass ratio'.
