Remove broken VOEvent receiving address for playground; fixes #404 (!847) · Merge requests · emfollow / gwcelery · GitLab

This MR removes the VOEvent address specifically for playground, since the port in this address is incorrect.

An alternative would be to specify an alternate but working address for playground.
