@deep.chatterjee should be able to reuse some of the benchmarking techniques for !873 (merged).

@leo Please, it would be great to consider moving the generation of plot_coherence.s() inside the group asynchronously generating flat-resolution FITS files to avoid having the separate def handle_plot_coherence(alert).

This is seen to reduce latency by 2-3 seconds. So it's well worth it.
