Add temporary fix to igwn_alert task

This fixes a problem that just got introduced when we updated to hop-client 0.6.0.

Okay so it seems instead of an alert, we are receiving a message we need to parse. This change is okay as long as we note (probably in an issue) this is something we need to revert once IGWN alert is updated.
