Add additional MDC GRB pipelines

This MR adds the remaining GRB pipelines in the RAVEN search to the MDC testing including

  • Swift
  • INTEGRAL
  • AGILE

This MR also gives the ability to upload up to three GRB events for a given superevent to test multiple uploads.

This partially addresses #431 (closed)
