This MR updates the PE acceptance test as follows.

Since we now use bilby as the main parameter estimation software, we refer to bilby data products for acceptance test.
Since an MDC event does not have a corresponding injection in data, we refer to a superevent which is not a MDC one for parameter estimation acceptance test.
