Update parameter estimation acceptance test

This MR updates the PE acceptance test as follows.

• Since we now use bilby as the main parameter estimation software, we refer to bilby data products for acceptance test.
• Since an MDC event does not have a corresponding injection in data, we refer to a superevent which is not a MDC one for parameter estimation acceptance test.
