Remove install_requires that are not direct dependencies

Leo P. Singer requested to merge leo-singer/gwcelery:remove-indirect-dependencies into master

The healpy and h5py packages are not direct dependencies of GWCelery. They will be brought in automatically to satisfy dependencies of ligo.skymap, etc.
