Move embright worker to be of the kind: StatefulSet as the openmp worker

Solve issue #2 (closed)

• Define embright to be a StatefulSet
• Create e permanent storage "embright-data..." for the 963M data in /home/gwcelery/.ligo.em_bright/
• Add an init stage to ensure the permanent storage contains the required data.
