Minor updates on initial circular text template (initial-circular.txt)

In the initial circular text template (initial-circular.txt),

  • the reference to GstLAL is now "Tsukada et al. arXiv:2305.06286 (2023) and Ewing et al. arXiv:2305.05625 (2023)". The former of these has already been published and is better replaced by "Tsukada et al. PRD 108, 043004 (2023)"

  • the word "HasMassgap" would be better replaced with "HasMassGap".
