Increase flexibility with `em_bright` fields that are provided

Currently, we require some minimum amount of em_bright fields to write the relevant section, but don't have the proper conditionals to

1. Check that all needed are available before writing the section or
2. Have individual conditionals that operate on each relevant sentence, omitting those that aren't included

I currently favor the latter plan due to HasRemnant being missing causing in error in gwcelery!1549 (merged)
