FIx example of CBC-only medium-latency distance exclusion

Currently the test that outputs the CBC-only (pyGRB) medium-latency distance exclusion does not output anything (including for v1.2.0):

ligo/followup_advocate/test/test_tool.py::test_medium_latency_cbc_exclusion None
PASSED

This must be fixed and included in an additional release if this represents a serious problem with the code, rather than just the test example.
