Remove author field from Avro schema

Leo P. Singer requested to merge leo-singer/userguide:remove-author-from-avro-schema into main

It's just boilerplate text that is repeated in every record. It serves no machine-readable purpose. The author needed to be in the VOEvents because VOEvent is used by many missions. However, this schema is only used by us.
