Use correct name of VOEvent field for combined skymaps

Cody Messick requested to merge cody.messick/userguide:joint_skymap_voevent into main

Currently we list the combined skymap field in the contents page as "Combined Sky Map", but the name of the field in the VOEvent is joint_skymap_fits. Following the pattern of the other fields and their names / how they're referred to in the content section, "Combined Sky Map" should be "Joint Skymap Fits".
