Remove reference to IMBH search since it is no longer present in O4

Abtaded the list of active pipeline/searches

  • In O4 the cWB search for IMBH is performed within the cWB-BBH search
  • Mly has been removed from the pipeline descriptions but not in the alert content section
  • MBTAOnline is now named MBTA
