Add <EventIVORN cite="supersedes"> to initial & update examples
Initial and Update VOEvents produced by GraceDb contain
<EventIVORN cite="supersedes"> elements for all previous VOEvents
from the same GraceDb event, similar to the
<EventIVORN cite="retraction"> elements for Retratction VOEvents.
The sample events were missing these citation elements.
