Python2 and Python3 file copies don't align
Per Steffen's email of December 4, 2020, installation of Python2 and Python3 files aren't symmetrical. This indicates a possible problem and should be reviewed.
The python part of ROOT installation should generally be reviewed and changed to best practices.
From Steffen's email:
Also you copy (only) libPyRoot.so* from the Python3 build around while from the Python2 build you select Py.so* and Jupy.so* - this asymmetry raises the question whether it's correct and whether it's needed at all? Shouldn't the libraries stay in /usr/lib/root?
