Channel metadata server for the NDS system.

This service is a component of the distributed NDS server. It tracks the history of channels over time. It has facilities to replicate data from other metadata servers and proxy information as well.

MetaIO

Rust bindings to access NDS servers. This provides only the connection-less api to fetch, iterate, and query channels.

This is done as to test what bindings to the NDS2 client might look like.
