Add apertures and ability to add ring heaters and self heater to factories

This adds two methods for adding apertures and thermal effects to the optics.

add_test_mass_thermal adds parameters for absorbed power, ring heater power, and substrate and surface deformation defocus.

add_apertures adds apertures (and optionally surface profiles) to some combination of the test masses, ESDs, beamsplitter, and PR3 and SR3.

Nothing is done for CO2.
