simplify input_matrix definitions in add_AC_loops
This changes the specification of input matrices to the suggestion described in the description of !127. I wasn't kidding when I said that this, "greatly simplifies the currently required logic."
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
