Updated SQZ path length's

Aaron Jones requested to merge fix/llo_sqz_dist into main

Begum.Kabagoz, Jancarlo and I inetrrogated the corrected CAD (D1900274-v4) to get the right distances for the LLO SQZ path.

The "corrected CAD" has been corrected to match the photos taken of HAM7 during and after installation.

I've added a table in the comments that also notes the "design" distances in T1900649.

Incidentally, we also found that the thickness of the FC1 mirror was different to the Coastline reports. It is updated to match Coastline.
