HAM1 component corrections

This change adds component "M6" on the HAM1 table at LHO. M6 is the beamsplitter between the LSC and ASC diodes. See DCC T1700227. Distances between LSC components currently set to zero, M6 transmission set to 0.5. Updates connections to be M5>M6, and then M6>LSC REFL BS and M6>L101 (first ASC REFL lens). Tested with Raed Diab's DC powers code, powers at LSC and ASC REFL sensors are now sensible and nonzero.
