Adding a target 'condor' to the Makefile which should
add 'condor_compile' to the compiler command and switch
of the compilation of the servermode.

To do so, changed the check for servermode from
'isdef OSWIN' to 'isdef SERVERMODE' and set 
new parameter SERVERMODE dynamically in Makefile.
