add monitors for both GDS broadcaster legs on dmt1 and dmt2 machines

We don't currently have any monitors looking at the GDS broadcast receivers. This was noticed when we did the redundancy test and didn't get any notification when we removed a leg. We should get some indication though, although hopefully we have some on the CDS side at least.
