h(t) pipeline is not monitored when it is not run under dmt-procmgt
The h(t) pipeline has been moved to a separate systemd managed service. This means that the calibration pipeline is no longer managed by the process manager, so it is not listed on the Spi page, the nagios monitoring will no longer work, the process manager does not do any clean-up processing (e.g. repairing the input partition) when the process dies, the dmt command does not reflect the status of the pipeline and system managers must do any restarts, etc using an entirely different and undocumented set of commands to perform any basic management operations on the pipeline than are used to manage all the other processes.
